Coupons allow you to offer discounts that can be applied during the booking process or added to an existing booking. This feature provides flexible options to suit a variety of promotional needs.

Coupon codes can also be used to bypass stay restrictions, allowing guests to book outside the usual limits. Learn more about bypassing stay restrictions with discount codes.

Creating a Coupon

To set up a new coupon:

1. Go to Settings > Pricing.
2. Next to Coupons, click New coupon.
3. Enter a unique Coupon Code (such as “FallDiscount20%”) and a description.
4. Select the date range for which the coupon will be valid.
5. Choose a Discount rate:
   • Percentage discount: Applies a percentage discount to the entire booking.
   • Percentage discount by item: Applies a percentage discount to each selected item (room types or extras).
   • Fixed discount by item: Subtracts a fixed amount from each item price.
   • New price by item: Replaces the price of each selected item with a new fixed price. (For increasing prices, use Temporary Prices instead.)
6. Click Save to create the coupon.
