Our terms and conditions cover the basic aspects of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in relation between you and Sirvoy, for example Sirvoy acting as Processor of the data, on behalf of you as the owner of the Sirvoy account, the Controller. However, you may still prefer to sign a supplemental Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in order to prove your GDPR compliance. Please contact Sirvoy Support to obtain the DPA, then sign and return a scanned copy to support@sirvoy.com.

As the hotel owner, you are the Controller of your guest’s personal data, meaning you decide the purposes and means for any processing of that data. You are responsible for the relationship with your guest, and must determine to what extent you want to collect consent from your guests to handle their personal data (see related article on this page).
