Require a coupon for access to a booking engine
How to set up a booking engine that only allows access to guests with a valid coupon code.

You can create a booking engine that requires guests to enter a coupon code before booking. This is especially useful for private events, such as weddings, where you want to restrict access to certain room types.
When enabled, guests will be prompted to enter a valid coupon code to unlock the booking engine and continue.
Note: Another option for event bookings is to use coupons that bypass restrictions or payment requirements.
Set up a coupon-protected booking engine
To create a booking engine that requires a coupon for access:
- Go to Settings > Booking engines and click New booking engine.
- In the Coupons section, select Required from the dropdown menu. This makes the booking engine accessible only to those with a valid coupon code.
- Go to Settings > Pricing.
- Next to Coupon, click New coupon.
- Create a coupon code that guests will use to unlock the booking engine.
