If you’d like to reach out to past guests in large numbers, you can export their email addresses and use an external platform like Mailchimp to send bulk emails.

You can export email addresses in two ways:

• From booking data (available on all plans).
• From the guest list (available on Sirvoy Pro).

Bookings export

1. Go to Settings > Sirvoy account > Booking export
2. Choose a date range, other specifications, and click Export
3. Open the downloaded CSV file in a spreadsheet program like Excel, Numbers, or OpenOffice
4. Copy the email column and paste it into your email platform

Guests export (Sirvoy Pro)

1. Go to the Guests Page
2. Click Filter to narrow the guest list to the contacts you want, then click Apply in the filter menu
3. Click Export
4. Open the downloaded CSV file in a spreadsheet program like Excel, Numbers, or OpenOffice
5. Copy the email column and paste it into your email platform
