Update tax settings in Sirvoy Update tax settings in Airbnb

If taxes are set up differently in Sirvoy and Airbnb, your guests may see inconsistent pricing. To fix this, make sure both systems use the same tax rates.

You may need to update tax settings in either Airbnb, Sirvoy, or both.


Update tax settings in Sirvoy

  • For general tax settings: Go to Settings > Financials.
  • For tax settings specific to a room type: Go to Settings > Accommodations, find the room type, and click Edit.

Update tax settings in Airbnb

  1. Click Listings and select the listing you want to edit
  2. In Listing editor, click Settings
  3. Under Edit preferences, click Taxes
  4. Adjust the tax rate to match what’s in Sirvoy
