Get a copy of emails sent to guests
How to automatically or manually receive copies of emails sent to guests.
You can receive copies of emails sent to guests, both automatic and manual, by adding your email address to Settings > Communications > Email CC.
There are two options:
- Automated email CC – Add email addresses here to get copies of all automatically sent emails, like booking confirmations or reminders.
- Manual email CC – Email addresses listed here will be automatically added to the CC field when your team sends emails manually to guests. You can remove them before sending if needed.
When sending a manual email, you can also add other CC email addresses manually, even if they’re not saved in the settings.
