Group bookings together
How to group (or ungroup) related bookings so you can manage them more easily and invoice them all at once.

You can group bookings—for example, if they’re for the same guest or part of a group reservation. This makes it easier to navigate between them and send one invoice for the whole stay.
How to group bookings
- Open any of the bookings you want to group.
- Click Add booking near the top of the page
- Search for the booking number or guest name, then click the result to add the booking.
Notes:
- You can group up to 25 bookings.
- Bookings in a group appear under Grouped with.
- To remove a booking from the group, find it under Grouped with and click the X next to its booking number.
