You can add a reminder directly in the booking to flag something that needs attention—like confirming a payment or following up with a guest.

To add a reminder:

  1. Go to the booking
  2. Click Add reminder
  3. Enter a short description of what the reminder is for
  4. Select the date you want the reminder to trigger
  5. Click Save

Reminders appear in these places:

  • Inside the booking itself
  • On the Dashboard, on the date the reminder is set to trigger
  • Under the Reminders tab on the Bookings page, for both current and upcoming reminders
