Connect Sirvoy to Expedia.com
How to connect your Expedia account to Sirvoy so you can sync rates, availability, and reservations automatically.

Sirvoy’s channel manager connects directly with the Expedia network, keeping your availability, rates, and reservations in sync. Once connected, you’ll manage those settings from Sirvoy, and updates will automatically apply to Expedia within minutes.

Before you start
Before connecting:
- On Expedia, find the Property ID of the property you want to connect. If you have multiple properties, double-check that it’s the right one.
- Make sure your Expedia pricing model is set to OBP (Occupancy Based Pricing) and LAR (Lowest Available Rate). Contact your Expedia account manager if you’re unsure about these settings.
- Make sure room availability in Sirvoy is correct. Once the connection is active, your rooms can be booked right away.
Connect your Sirvoy and Expedia accounts
Follow these steps to activate the connection.
In Sirvoy:
- Go to Settings > Channels
- Under Expedia, click Connect
- Enter the Property ID and give the connection a name.
In your Expedia Partner Central account:
- Go to Rooms and Rates > Connectivity Settings
- In the dropdown, select Sirvoy.
- Select both connectivity options: Availability and rates and Booking retrieval.
- Click Submit
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email from Sirvoy with the next steps.
In Sirvoy:
- Map your room types on Expedia to the matching ones in Sirvoy to finalize the connection.
- Import any existing Expedia bookings into Sirvoy.

Before you go
Keep in mind the following once your accounts are connected:
- Expedia caps occupancy at 20 guests. If a room type allows more, it will be limited to 20 on Expedia.
- Expedia will send credit card details to your Sirvoy account. Activate Sirvoy Vault to store payment details in Sirvoy and enable Stripe for both storing and charging those details.
- Overbookings are rare but can happen—be ready to act quickly if they do.
- On rare occasions, bookings from channels might be split across multiple rooms.
