Disconnect from a booking channel
How to disable the connection between Sirvoy and a booking channel.
To remove a booking channel connection, you’ll need to take two steps—first on the channel’s side, then on ours:
- Disable the connection in the booking channel Each channel handles this differently. If you're not sure how to proceed, reach out to their support team or your account manager for help.
- Contact Sirvoy support Once the channel confirms that the connection is disabled, contact our team, and we’ll disconnect it from your Sirvoy account.
