Set up automatic refills Make a one-time refill View your account statement

Sirvoy uses a prepaid account balance system. You add funds to your account, and the monthly fee is deducted from that balance as the month rolls over (0:00 UTC). You can top up one month at a time (the minimum) or add funds in bulk.

You can manage your balance using automatic refills or one-time payments.

Tip: Add funds worth a full year or more and get bonus credit equal to one monthly fee.

 

Set up automatic refills

Automatic refills help keep your account active by charging your card whenever the balance goes negative. You choose the top-up amount, and you can update it anytime.

To enable auto-refill:

  1. Go to Settings > Sirvoy account > Auto-refill.
  2. Switch Enable auto-refill to ON.
  3. Enter an amount or use the slider to select how much to auto-refill.
  4. Choose a saved card or click Add card to securely store a new one.
  5. Click Save to confirm and activate auto-refill.

Note: If the refill amount isn’t enough to cover your negative balance—for example, due to SMS or Google Ads charges—your card will be charged the exact amount needed.

 

Make a one-time refill

There are a few ways to add funds manually. Choose the method that works best for you:

Direct payment – Pay now

Pay immediately by card through Stripe. Other payment methods may be available depending on your country.

  1. Go to Settings > Sirvoy account > Refill.
  2. Enter an amount or use the slider to choose how much to refill.
  3. In the Direct payment tab, click Pay now to go to Stripe’s checkout page.
  4. Follow the steps in Stripe to finish the payment.
 
 

Direct payment – Payment link

Create a link that someone else can use to make a payment for you.

  1. Go to Settings > Sirvoy account > Refill.
  2. Enter an amount or use the slider to choose how much to refill.
  3. In the Direct payment tab, click Create a payment link.
  4. In the pop-up, click Copy payment link.
  5. Share the link with the person who will be making the payment.
 
 

Invoice

Receive an invoice and pay later by bank transfer. Because it’s handled manually, there’s a processing fee.

  1. Go to Settings > Sirvoy account > Refill.
  2. Enter an amount or use the slider to choose how much to refill.
  3. In the Invoice tab, click Pay by Invoice.
  4. Find the invoice in your account’s main email or under Pending transactions on the Refill page, and pay it by bank transfer.
 
 

View your account statement

You can view your current balance, track all charges, and download receipts or invoices anytime.

Go to Settings > Sirvoy account > Account balance to see your full payment history.
