There are two ways to move a guest to a different room in Sirvoy: using the calendar or from the booking details page.

Use drag and drop on the calendar

For moving to occupied or unoccupied rooms

For moving to unoccupied rooms

Notes:

For bookings from connected channels, the new room must be in the same room type as the original.
iCal bookings should not be changed in Sirvoy. To avoid cancellations or overbookings, make changes directly on the channel.
