Sirvoy’s channel manager connects directly with Agoda, keeping your availability, rates, and reservations in sync. Once connected, you’ll manage those settings from Sirvoy, and updates will automatically apply to Agoda within minutes.

Before you start

Before connecting, make sure your Agoda account is ready:

• In Agoda, set Sirvoy as your channel manager:
  • Go to Property > Property settings
  • Under Property information > Optional settings, check Enable channel manager mode
  • Select Sirvoy from the dropdown
  • Click Save
• Alternatively, you can contact your Agoda account manager and ask them to select Sirvoy for you.

Connect your Sirvoy and Agoda accounts

Follow these steps to complete the connection:

1. Go to Settings > Channels
2. Under Agoda, click Connect
3. Enter your Agoda Hotel ID and click Save
4. Map each Agoda room type to its matching Sirvoy room type using the master rate
5. Import any existing Agoda bookings into Sirvoy

Before you go

Keep in mind the following once your accounts are connected:

Payment handling:

• Agoda will no longer display customer payment details.
• Activate Sirvoy Vault to store payment details in Sirvoy and enable Stripe for both storing and charging those details.

Extra beds

Agoda handles extra beds differently than other channels, so you may want to create separate room types just for Agoda.

Other notes:

• Agoda limits the maximum stay to 99 days, regardless of what’s set in Sirvoy.
• Overbookings are rare but can happen—be ready to act quickly if they do.
• On rare occasions, bookings from channels might be split across multiple rooms.
