Add reminders to bookings
How to set a reminder in a booking so you don’t miss important tasks or follow-ups.
You can add a reminder directly in the booking to flag something that needs attention—like confirming a payment or following up with a guest.
To add a reminder:
- Go to the booking
- Click Add reminder
- Enter a short description of what the reminder is for
- Select the date you want the reminder to trigger
- Click Save
Reminders appear in these places:
- Inside the booking itself
- On the Dashboard, on the date the reminder is set to trigger
- Under the Reminders tab on the Bookings page, for both current and upcoming reminders
