Key filters to know Reading the search results Understand booking lists Example: Find paid Booking.com check-outs from last month

Need to find all unpaid bookings? Just want to pull up all recent Booking.com guests? The search tool lets you filter bookings quickly using a range of fields.

You can search from:

  • The search bar on the dashboard
  • Bookings > Search

Use one or more filters. Only bookings that match all selected filters will appear.

Key filters to know

  • Text field: Type any text to search across guest names, emails, company names, comments, and more. For example, type "airport" to find guests with an email like airport@example.com, companies such as Example Airport Services Ltd, or comments mentioning airport pickup.
  • Text search filter: Narrows where that text is searched (like only emails or comments).
  • Payment status: Filter for bookings that are unpaid, partially paid, fully paid, or overpaid.
  • Source: Limit results by where the booking came from, such as Booking.com, Airbnb, your booking engine (Website), or those made by your team (Front desk).
  • Booking status: Filter by confirmed, checked in, checked out, cancelled, or no-show bookings. Learn more about booking statuses.
  • Other filters: Search by room, room type, date ranges (check-in, check-out, registration, cancellation), and more.

Understand booking lists

You’ll see booking lists on the Bookings page and in search results. No matter where you're looking, the layout and details are the same.

You can switch between:

  • Table view – shows bookings as rows in a list
  • Card view – shows bookings as individual cards

Both views display the same information, just in different formats.

What you’ll see in each booking

Each row or card gives you quick access to key info like the booking number, guest name, room, number of guests, check-in and check-out dates, extras, and the total amount.

Hover over certain fields to see tooltips with more detail, like guest comments, booking notes, custom extras, or the names of guests in specific rooms.

You’ll also see:

  • Guest status – Appears next to the guest’s name and shows whether they’re New, Returning, or Blocked.
  • Tags – These are custom color-coded labels used to organize or flag bookings (for example, “Late arrival” or “VIP”). Tags are available only on the Sirvoy Pro plan.
  • Invoice – This column shows a colored icon that you can hover over for more details:
    • Grey: Not invoiced
    • Green: Fully invoiced
    • Yellow: Over invoiced
    • Red: Partially invoiced
  • Paid – Shows how much has been paid toward the booking total.

Example: Find paid Booking.com check-outs from last month

To see all bookings from Booking.com that have already been paid and checked out in the last month:

  1. Go to Bookings > Search.
  2. Set Source to Booking.com.
  3. Set Payment status to Fully paid.
  4. Set a Check-out date range for the last month.
  5. Click Search.

Only bookings that checked out in the selected date range, came from Booking.com, and are fully paid will appear in the list below the search.
