Track Room Readiness
How to track and update room readiness so each room is turned over, cleaned, and ready for the next guest.

Sirvoy makes it easy to keep track of which rooms are ready for guests or which still need turnover cleaning.
Turn on Room Readiness Tracking
Go to Settings > Housekeeping > Track Room Readiness and set the Track Room Readiness dropdown to Yes.
If needed, you can also choose which rooms to track under the Rooms section — useful for spaces like campsites that might not require cleaning between guests.
Check and Update Room Readiness
You can view room readiness on both the Rooms page and the Calendar page, but updates can only be made from the Ready column on the Rooms page.
- Green icon: Room is ready.
- Red icon: Room is not ready.
How it works:
- After a guest checks out, the room’s status automatically changes to not ready.
- Click the icon to change its status between ready and not ready.
- If you try to check a guest into a room that isn’t ready, Sirvoy will warn you.
Tips:
- Need to let housekeeping staff update room readiness without giving them access to everything else in your account? Create a new user for them with limited permissions.
- Want to schedule extra tasks like mid-stay towel changes or mattress rotation? Create Custom Housekeeping Tasks.
