Add MPC to your Sirvoy account Supported channels and how to connect to them Understand MPC limitations

Multiple Property Connections (MPC) are a Sirvoy add-on, an optional feature you can add to your plan for a monthly fee. All Sirvoy Pro accounts can connect one property per booking channel, but MPC lets you manage additional properties on supported channels from a single Sirvoy account.

Each MPC increases the number of properties you can connect to by one across all channels. They’re ideal if you run more than one property and want everything managed from one account.


Add MPC to your Sirvoy account

  1. Go to Settings > Sirvoy Account > Your Plan
  2. Under Add-Ons, find Multiple Property Connections (MPC)
  3. Add one MPC for each additional property you want to connect
  4. Click Save to finalize

Supported channels and how to connect to them

The booking channels below support MPC. After you’ve added an MPC for each extra property, follow the steps in the matching guide to connect it to Sirvoy.

  • Booking.com – Connect Sirvoy to Booking.com.
  • Expedia – Connect Sirvoy to Expedia.
  • Agoda – Connect Sirvoy to Agoda.
  • Airbnb – Connect Sirvoy to Airbnb.

Understand MPC limitations

Before adding Multiple Property Connections, keep these limitations in mind:

  • Stripe: A Sirvoy account can only connect to one Stripe account. If your properties use different Stripe accounts, only one of them can be connected to Sirvoy.
  • Contact details: Sirvoy can only store one set of contact details per account.
  • Accounting, filtering, and reporting: These are managed under one account and can’t be fully separated by property.
