Map room types to your connected channels
How to map room types and rates between Sirvoy and your connected booking channels so Sirvoy can manage them.

To keep your availability, pricing, and bookings in sync across platforms, you’ll need to map your Sirvoy room types to those used by your connected channels.

What is room type mapping?
Mapping tells Sirvoy which room types and rates on the channel match those in your Sirvoy account. This lets Sirvoy:
- Control room availability on the channel.
- Set the room prices on the channel.
- Receive bookings from the channel.
How to map room types
- Go to Settings > Channels
- Click Edit under the connected channel you want to map
- Choose a rate, expand its drop-down, and select the matching Sirvoy room type
- Repeat these steps for each rate you want to map
- Click Save
For most channels, the connection activates right away. For Booking.com, our support team will review and activate the mapping for you.
Once mapped, Sirvoy manages rates, availability, and restrictions for the channel—though some exceptions apply.
Other requirements
- Each channel room type must have at least one mapped rate.
- You can map additional rates by creating duplicate room types in Sirvoy.
- If you leave any rates unmapped, make sure they inherit availability and restrictions from their parent room type.
BookVisit specific requirements
- Derived rate plans cannot be mapped in Sirvoy. These must be managed directly in your BookVisit account.
