The Statistics page shows key performance data to help you monitor your property’s performance, both financially and operationally. It includes insights on revenue, occupancy, guest flow, booking sources, and more.

While it includes some of the same data as the Accounting Report, it organizes that data differently, as explained in Understand the Statistics vs. Accounting Report.

Filter the data shown on the Statistics page

Click the Filter button at the top of the page to choose what data is included. You can:

  • Set a Timeframe using a From and To date.
  • Select specific room types.
  • Choose whether or not to include extras.
  • Choose which of your Sirvoy accounts to include.

Click Apply to refresh the page with the filtered data. All metrics will be based on your selections.

Our example scenario

To help explain how each metric on the Statistics page works, we’ll use the same example week throughout this article. When you see an example, it’s based on the details here.

In this scenario, both bookings were created on Monday:

  • Room 1: Booked Tuesday to Thursday (2 nights) at $100/night.
  • Room 2: Booked Wednesday to Friday (2 nights) at $200/night.
  • Room 3: Not booked.

  • Room 1: Invoice issued on Tuesday. 50% paid on Wednesday by bank transfer; the rest paid two weeks later.
  • Room 2: Paid in full at check-in. Cash receipt issued on Wednesday.
  • Room 3: No booking, no activity.

Key Metrics

Value

What was earned based on when the stay occurred, regardless of when you invoiced or got paid.

Example:

  • Wednesday: $300 ($100 Room 1 + $200 Room 2).
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: $400 ($100 Room 1 on both days + $200 Room 2 on Wednesday).

Average Daily Rate (ADR)

Average room revenue per room night sold (excludes extras and surcharges).

Example:

  • Wednesday: $150 = $300 ÷ 2 nights.
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: $133.33 = $400 ÷ 3 nights.

Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR)

Room revenue spread across all available rooms, even if some were unbooked or blocked.

Example:

  • Wednesday: $100 = $300 ÷ 3 rooms.
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: $66.67 = $400 ÷ 6 room-days.
