Tip: Contact us anytime for help setting up.
Before you start
Before connecting, make sure:
- You’ve informed your SiteMinder account manager that you want to connect to Sirvoy.
- You have your SiteMinder hotel ID and know your region (EMEA or APAC).
- Once the connection is active, your rooms can be booked right away, so make sure availability is correct in Sirvoy first.
Step 1: Set up the connection in Sirvoy
Follow these steps to get connected:
- Import any existing SiteMinder bookings to Sirvoy
- Go to Settings > Channels > SiteMinder
- Enter your SiteMinder hotel ID and select your region (EMEA or APAC)
- Set each room type you want to connect to ON status
- Note the room type ID shown in brackets after each name (for example, “4680104”)
Step 2: Set up the connection in SiteMinder
In SiteMinder, each room type will require:
- Room Code
- Inventory Code
- Rate Code
Use the room type ID from Sirvoy for both Room Code and Inventory Code. Leave the Rate Code field blank.
You can enter these codes in your SiteMinder login or complete the spreadsheet they provide.
Note: Each rate in SiteMinder must be mapped to a separate room type in Sirvoy. Create duplicate room types when one room type in Sirvoy should have multiple rates in SiteMinder.
Step 3: Finalize the connection
After you’ve completed your room mappings:
- Contact our support team to let us know
- We’ll activate the connection from Sirvoy’s side
- You’ll then be able to import any bookings received during setup
Before you go
Keep in mind:
- Sirvoy sends only the highest price, based on the total occupancy (Number of guests + Extra beds) for the room.
- To set lower prices for fewer guests, contact your SiteMinder account manager.
- Overbookings are rare but can happen—be ready to act quickly if they do.
- On rare occasions, bookings from channels might be split across multiple rooms.
