Enable Track daily for an extra to track it directly on the Calendar page. This feature allows you to manage extras based on specific dates, such as breakfasts or conference room rentals.
Enabling Track Daily for Extras
To make an extra visible on the Calendar page, enable Track daily for that extra:
- Go to Settings > Extras.
- Click Edit next to the extra you want to modify.
- Toggle Track daily to On.
- Specify how many of the extra are available per day.
- Set which stay days the extra is offered on (check-in, mid-stay, or check-out).
- Click Save.
With this setting enabled, the extra will always be tied to specific dates when booked, allowing you to easily track quantities. For example, you can see how many breakfasts are needed on any given date.
Viewing and Printing Extras from the Calendar Page
To view booked extras for a specific date:
- On the Calendar page, find the date and click the number representing the booked extras.
- A popup will appear with detailed booking information.
This popup includes two printable PDF options:
- PDF - Rooms: Sorted by room ID, showing guest names and the total quantity of extras for each room.
- PDF - Bookings: Sorted by booking number, listing the number of extras for each booking, as well as room IDs and guest names.
Both PDF versions will display the total amount of extras booked for the selected date.
