Before you start Connect your Sirvoy and Booking.com accounts Double-check your setup Before you go

Sirvoy’s channel manager connects directly with Booking.com, keeping your availability, rates, and reservations in sync. Once connected, manage those settings from Sirvoy, and updates will automatically apply to Booking.com within minutes.

Tip: Our support team is happy to help during setup—just click the chat button in the corner of your screen to get in touch.

Before you start

Do this before starting the connection process:

In Booking.com:

  • Find the Property ID of the property you want to connect. If you have multiple properties, double-check that it’s the right one.
  • Activate all room types with current or upcoming bookings.

In Sirvoy:

  • Make sure your room type availability and restrictions are correct. Once the connection is live, rooms can be booked right away.
  • If you're connecting multiple Booking.com properties, add a Multiple Property Connection (MCP) to your Sirvoy account for each extra property.

Important:

  • Don’t change your Booking.com room types during the connection process. This could interfere with syncing.
  • Once the connection is live, Sirvoy will automatically import any current bookings from Booking.com.

Follow these steps to connect the two systems.

In Sirvoy:

  2. Under Booking.com, click Connect
  3. Enter the Property ID and give the connection a name
  4. Click Submit

In Booking.com:

  1. Go to Account > Connectivity Provider and click Search
  2. Search for and select Sirvoy (partner ID: 289)
  3. Check the box for Extranet access—this lets our support team help with any errors

In Sirvoy:

  1. Map each Booking.com room typeto its matching Sirvoy room type
  2. Click Save to finalize the connection

Our support team will review your mapping. Once everything checks out, you’ll get a confirmation email.

Double-check your setup

Booking.com has lots of settings, and if something is misconfigured, it’s best to catch it early.

After connecting, double-check these things:

  • The Maximum adults on Booking.com should match the Max. number of guests (incl. extra beds) in Sirvoy.
  • Booking.com’s extra beds and children should not be included in Sirvoy’s max guest count.
  • Availability and rates on Booking.com should match what’s shown in Sirvoy.

If everything above matches, you’re setup is good!

Examples:

  • If a room allows 3 adults + 2 extra beds on Booking.com, set Sirvoy’s max guests to 3.
  • If a room allows 2 adults + 2 children, set Sirvoy’s max guests to 2.

Before you go

Keep in mind:

  • Booking.com might prompt you to "refresh all inventory" and "remove all rates," but no action is needed. Sirvoy will handle it automatically within a few minutes.
  • Booking.com will no longer show customer payment details.
  • Activate Sirvoy Vault to store payment details in Sirvoy and enable Stripe for both storing and charging those details.
  • Overbookings are rare but can happen—be ready to act quickly if they do.
  • On rare occasions, bookings from channels might be split across multiple rooms.
